Information on this site

We aim to keep course details, batch timings, centre addresses and results accurate and current. Information is provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Course structure, schedules, faculty allocation and fees should be confirmed with a counsellor at the relevant centre before you rely on them.

Results and outcomes

Student results, scores and admissions shown on this site are records of past performance by individual students. They are not a prediction, promise or guarantee of any particular result for any other student. Outcomes depend on each student’s own effort, attendance and aptitude.

Enquiries and admission

Submitting an enquiry or application form does not by itself create a seat, a batch allocation or any obligation on us to admit a student. Admission is confirmed only when the academy accepts the application in writing and the applicable fee is paid. Seats in any batch are limited.

Scholarship tests

Scholarship awards made through the CSAT or any merit slab are governed by the rules published for that specific test, including its eligibility criteria and award bands. We may revise those rules for future cycles.

Fees

Fees, instalment options and any refund entitlement are governed by the admission agreement signed at the centre, not by this website.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to disrupt the site, or to collect data from it by automated means without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, logos and study material — belongs to Chaitanya’s Academy or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Republishing or redistributing content without written permission is not allowed.

Student portal

Access to the student login is for enrolled students and their parents or guardians. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account.

External links

This site links to third-party services such as maps, WhatsApp and social media. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
