Who we are

Chaitanya’s Academy (“we”, “us”) operates coaching centres in Pune, Baramati, Ahilya Nagar and Ranchi and runs this website. You can reach us at leads@chaitanyasacademy.in or +91 95451 58108.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to an enquiry or process an admission.

• Enquiry forms. Student’s name, WhatsApp number, an optional alternate number, current school, the course you are interested in and your preferred centre.
• Admission and scholarship forms. In addition to the above: date of birth, address, parent/guardian details, previous academic details, a photograph, and the student’s Aadhaar number.
• Automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, via Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies.

Why we collect Aadhaar

The Aadhaar number is used to identify an applicant uniquely across our admissions system and to let you resume a part-completed application. It is not shared with third parties for marketing, and it is not used for any purpose other than administering your application and subsequent enrolment.

How we use your information

• To contact you about the enquiry or application you submitted.
• To advise you on the right course, batch and centre.
• To process admission, scholarship tests and fee records.
• To keep parents informed about attendance, tests and progress once enrolled.
• To improve this website and understand which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our student-management system, messaging providers used to send you WhatsApp or SMS updates, and analytics providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Admission and academic records are retained for as long as the student is enrolled and thereafter as required for statutory and academic record-keeping.

Your choices

• You can ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain, and to stop sending you marketing messages.
• You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children’s information

Much of the information we handle relates to students under 18 and is submitted by a parent or guardian. We ask that forms on this site be completed by a parent or guardian where the student is a minor.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
