Teachers in ouur institute are given training to intervene with troubled students through activities and standards based on topics such as conflict resolution, violence prevention, and communication skills. It's not like we have no troubled students anymore, but we are attempting to raise awarencess of our students, their families, and encourage teachers not to be afraid to be caring in a proactive way
